cookiesmusic.com to find out more. This is from the first batch of David Koch’s new lines of mutes, here I’ve got my DSB green Practice mute, the new “Soft Straight” ment for low volume playing, and his adjustable Cup Mute. With locking bowl ring! As soon as he ships his loud straight mute I’ll have that here as well. Cheers!
NEW INSTRUMENT DAY!!!

Just got my brand new East:Top chromatic bass harmonica, model No. NE01! Its range is from C2 (two ledger lines below bass clef), to C4 (one ledger line above bass clef.) Just trying to get my herrings on it today. It’s massive! I’m already planning some multi track videos for this beast. Stay tuned!

It's my 1st time watching this and im waiting for the USC marching band to come blasting in.
Where can i get the method?

Super strange rhythm but you nailed it perfectly
It’s in 3/4, one measure of eighth notes one measure on quarter notes, back and forth.
Man you play the trumpet very well your very talented
Thanks
0:50 8cm?? 😂
Well done dude. I know thata a hella hard instrument to play. Great job 👍🏼
Hey! Just wanna say that thank you for posting this video, like without this video i wouldn't know how to do this man, good video! 👍
I’m so glad it helped you!
I like playing along with my trombone because this is a song I had to do for all region. Right now I'm learning it on my trumpet for fun
hi music teacher man
I play the alto saxhorn in the Euterpina Philharmonic 🇧🇷🇧🇷
I found you
Tuba
Eb tenor horn. It’s between the cornet and euphonium in length
@BandMayer Ohh bet
Where do you buy this set at?
Coming from a former first chair trumpet player in Jr High, that's very impressive man. Keep on going
Wait you showed us those its jameson from 5th grade Barclay
You probably made me do this -Ayden
This helped a lot on my test tysm
That made my day! I’m so glad it helped.
Mini sousaphones are interesting. But it's not every day you see quadruplets playing them.
That’s my band teacher 🇫🇮🇫🇮🇫🇮
Any chance of you selling this beauty?
Not anytime soon it took me years to find this one.
@@BandMayer I fully understand. I’m willing to wait. Hopefully I can be your first choice one day
Did you do it in 60bpm? This exercise is so hard.
Yup, these early slow longtime ones are chop burners!
It’s really cute! I’ll tell my friend who plays sousaphone that!
this is very good man 👍
underrated
Did you stick with it ? Ive just bought one.
No! lol, it pinched the back of my neck weird. I sold it to the touring Sax player for Mephisakpheles
What is the name of the model?
Hey can I ask how and where did you get this. My dream is to learn how to play the sousaphone but unfortunately after 4 left shoulder surgeries I doubt I could since all that ive seen are for left shoulder carry. This is what I need
There were 50 made. They come up on eBay every once in a while. I got mine through a vintage/used horn dealer who got it from a German auction.
@@BandMayer that is awesome that you were able to get one. If one day you decide it needs another home I would love to buy it from you.
ive gone in too deep
Yes
Nice! Do you want to share the notes? We would like to try plying this. (musescore?)
I edited in Finale, I’ll look tonight and see if I have the parts still
You should put your lower lip under the mouthpiece like a bass trombone player
Would you sell me this? Thanks 🙏
Where can I get a mini sousaphone?
They were from Jupiter. They made 50 of them. I got mine from from a German seller about three years ago. They come up on eBay once in a while.
@@BandMayer would you sell yours?
@@julytoofly7465 not any time soon, I’d been hunting one for about 10 years before I got it. :)
When you want to put on a good halftime but also need to strike fear into the enemies of the Roman Empire.
I thought the marching French horn was a Mellophone
Wear can I buy this
There were 50 made by Jupiter as a promotional item. One comes up every few years on eBay. I got lucky and a friend who deals in vintage gear got this one for me from Germany. It’s near mint.
Smol trumpet
I just saw this and it’s wonderful!
Thank you! I love this piece
Thank you! Helped a lot!
wait how would you see anything the bell is right infront of your face
Ahh you have deduced the major issue with this style of marching horn! Lol
I've never seen one of these with the leadpipe attached for whatever reason. I just figured the bell would go on your left somehow. Obviously not, lol.
Yeah, with it being in front of you body the crossover of the lead pipe would be weird if the bell was to the left.
Nice playing!
Thank you, sir!
Where can I get one and what is the price?
Check me video description. The link is there 😎
Wow your 👍😊😳😲really good
Thank you so much 😀
What warmup is this called
It’s the title of the video, it’s the first section of the Arban book “conservatory method for trumpet” it’s 300+ pages. This is from the first studies section. This is exercise number 24.
This makes me want to see what it would be like if someone wrapped a trumpet like a sousaphone. A piccolo sousaphone, perhaps.
There is a German company that has one. I’ve seen it on instagram
@@BandMayer You don't remember the name? I'd love to see it.
מקסים
Hi there, my daughter is learning this on the alto. I was wondering if you have the seperate parts. She’s playing the middle section. Thank you
I would have to find it. We moved since this video. So all my music is boxed and waiting to be sorted and resorted in my new space.
No worries, it was worth a shot! Thanks for the video it helped my daughter a lot!
Awesome
Thanks, trying to rebuild my endurance.
